About the Author

Ms. Hutchison has designed, developed, and managed hundreds of web sites and information systems. She is proficient in multiple web programming languages, database development, and is highly skilled in Web 2.0 social media technologies. Since 2002, Ms. Hutchison has worked for and served on advisory committees at leading institutions and government agencies.
